How Does Classroom Environments Influence Learning

For my free inquiry project this semester, I will be exploring how classroom environments influence learning. Looking at how lighting, desk arrangement, and other issues might influence students learning. When designing a classroom space you half to put in consideration on how the students will feel when entering it. When watching the video below the teacher states how she has a defuser with a nice scent so the room smells nice with its signature scent. But also having it organized and not messy and a disaster.

Weekly going through what influences a positive learning environment for students with examples of classrooms in the district, college, and in Grand Forks. comparing these classrooms to understand what can be improved to make students want to feel safe and comfortable with attending school.
